Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our bustling dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Previous restaurant management experience, including supervising teams and handling food service operations, is essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including POS transactions and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Enforce health and safety policies to create a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee team management to optimize productivity.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promote a positive dining experience to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in accordance with hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel POS or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and proper kitchen procedures.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
