Duties
- Perform body waxing treatments with precision and attention to hygiene standards
- Provide a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures for all tools and workstations
- Upsell retail products related to skincare, nail care, and beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction
- Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments and retail items to meet their individual needs
- Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit
Skills
- Proficiency in body waxing techniques with a focus on safety and sanitation standards
- Strong nail care skills including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, or other enhancements
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
