Orbit Imaging provides advanced diagnostic imaging and reporting services to dental professionals throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Licensed Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our team 3 days per week in a patient-facing reception role.
As the first point of contact for our patients and referring offices, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting scheduling, referral management, and administrative operations.

- Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)
- Panoramic Imaging
- Cephalometric Imaging
- Digital Impressions
- Clinical Photography
- Diagnostic and Radiology Reporting
We work closely with dentists and specialists to support patient care, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Manage patient check-in, intake, consent, and administrative processes
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Process incoming referrals and assist with appointment scheduling
- Communicate professionally with patients and referring dental offices
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Support the team in delivering an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in British Columbia
- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Assets:
- Experience with CBCT, IOS, panoramic or cephalometric imaging
- Experience working in a specialty dental practice
