Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with skilled tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.
Duties
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled workers as needed.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in labor or construction is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Forklift licensed is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
