Scotia Tire Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Tire Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting tires safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as well as operate warehouse equipment.
Duties
- Safely operate a vehicle to transport commercial tires to designated locations.
- Load and unload tires, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving products.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents during transport.
Skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in driving with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
