Client & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)
LVM Landscaping is looking for a highly organized and personable Client & Operations Coordinator to help support our growing landscaping and hardscaping company.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, managing schedules, and helping keep a business running smoothly behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who takes pride in communication, attention to detail, and providing an excellent client experience.
This is primarily a remote position with flexible hours. We are more concerned with reliability, organization, and results than a traditional 9–5 schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule estimates and meetings directly into company calendars
- Manage client communication and follow-ups
- Create and manage requests within Jobber (CRM)
- Monitor project schedules and assist with scheduling coordination
- Follow up on pending quotes and inquiries
- Collect and organize employee payroll hours
- Enter and organize receipts and expenses
- Assist with employee onboarding paperwork
- Help maintain client records and job files
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable learning and using software such as Jobber, Google Workspace, and other business tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous administrative, customer service, scheduling, or office experience is considered an asset
Position Details:

- Approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
