We are a home renovation company and we are expanding our team. What we are looking for is a hard worker who is loyal, energetic and takes pride in their work. All applicants must be able to follow instructions from the lead hand on projects that they are assigned to. Problem solving and quick learning is a huge asset in learning about the construction industry. Applicants must be capable of completing tasks independently and as a team. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a career in renovations with our company. Wages are competitive and increases are given when employees prove their ability, willingness to learn and ability to accomplish tasks with excellence. The rate of pay will be determined on experience and skill of the applicant.
Criminal record checks will need to be done on all eligible candidates.
All candidates must have a valid driver's license, a vehicle that can be used daily and a cell phone with an active data plan. Candidates must currently live in Winnipeg or the surrounding area.
An interest in framing, drywall, mudding/taping/sanding, painting, flooring, tile setting and/or finish carpentry is required. Previous experience in those areas is not required but is an asset.
