Gestion Zagora is a young and dynamic company specializing in property management. In operation for over 5 years, we currently own and manage multiple rental properties located primarily in Montreal, the South Shore of Montreal, Gatineau, and Quebec City. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team to reach new heights.
We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Moncton, New-Brunswick. You will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our tenants and the upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment such as HVAC systems and appliances.
- Diagnose and perform repairs efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly and effectively to urgent service requests to minimize inconvenience for residents.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inventory of parts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and local regulations to maintain a safe living environment.
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize maintenance operations and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Work closely with property managers, contractors, and team members to ensure efficient coordination of tasks.
Profile & Qualifications:
Technical Skills
- Experience with drywall installation, plastering, and painting
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- HVAC experience is considered an asset
