Location: Burlington Fairview (Burlington, ON)
Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour + Sales Commissions for Membership and Personal Training sales + Performance Bonuses

About the Role
As the Fitness Club Manager, you are the heart and driving force of your location. You will spearhead daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a service-oriented team. This role perfectly balances strategic business management, local community networking, and hands-on sales leadership in a vibrant, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Actively lead membership and personal training sales to consistently achieve and exceed monthly club growth targets.
- Community Outreach: Build strategic partnerships with local Burlington businesses, wellness professionals, and corporate organizations through networking and cross-promotions.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily club operations, manage the personal trainers and instructors , and ensure exceptional facility cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Team Leadership: Coach, and lead a high-performing team to deliver flawless customer service and maintain member retention.
- Member Experience: Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment, ensuring every member feels valued from the moment they walk through the door.
What We're Looking For
- Sales-Driven Track Record: 1–2 years of success in a sales-focused role (fitness, retail, or hospitality management preferred) with a proven ability to smash targets.
- Natural Leader: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team and resolve customer needs gracefully.
- Community Connector: An outgoing personality who enjoys stepping outside the club walls to network and build local business relationships.
- Organizational Pro: Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to running a clean, smooth operation.
- Fitness Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for health, wellness, and helping others transform their lives.
