What You'll Do
As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will:
- Provide exceptional clinical assistance during a wide range of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are organized and fully equipped
- Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Take diagnostic radiographs and other clinical records as required
- Deliver exceptional patient care while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and post-operative instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with dentists and fellow team members to ensure efficient patient flow
- Support the continuous improvement of clinical systems and workflows
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional team culture
