We are looking for a vibrant, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, interacting with guests, and ensuring a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Since our busiest times align with events and weekends, the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working late-night weekend shifts.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
Interact with customers, take drink orders, and provide excellent, friendly service.
Verify customer identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift.
Monitor guest intoxication levels and responsibly manage alcohol service.
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
Valid smart-serve certification (or equivalent provincial/state alcohol service certificate) is highly preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift heavy ice/kegs and stand for the duration of a long shift.
Full availability to work late nights (up to 2:00 AM) and weekends.
Hourly base wage ($18.00/hr) plus excellent tip earning potential.
