We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food production and packaging.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support daily production activities as required.
- Learn and perform various tasks throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Available to start immediately.
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen preferred.
- Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is an asset but not required.
