Vessel Liquor Store is seeking a hospitality professional to help grow partnerships within Victoria’s restaurant and bar community.
This newly created position is ideal for someone currently working in hospitality who wants to expand into the business and relationship side of the industry.
This role blends relationship building, education, and sales — helping venues discover products while supporting beverage program development.
The Opportunity
You will introduce restaurants and bars to a curated portfolio of wines, spirits, syrups, and specialty cocktail products not commonly found through traditional channels.
Success in this role comes from trust, knowledge, and genuine industry relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new relationships with restaurants, bars, and hospitality operators
- Generate new on-premise accounts from the ground up
- Present curated wines, spirits, and cocktail ingredients
- Conduct staff tastings and training sessions
- Support wine list and cocktail menu development
- Identify opportunities to grow long-term partnerships
- Act as a knowledgeable ambassador within the local hospitality community
Who You Are
- Currently working (or recently worked) in hospitality
- Passionate about wine, spirits, and beverage culture
- Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships
- Equally motivated by education and sales results
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial
- Excited to help independent businesses succeed
Bartenders, servers, sommeliers, supervisors, and beverage managers are strongly encouraged to apply.
