CWC Property Maintenance is a leading provider of property care services, specializing in everything from lawn and garden maintenance to power washing, window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning and snow removal. As we expand our team for the upcoming season, we’re seeking a skilled, motivated Crew member to help us maintain the appearance and functionality of our clients’ properties.
Position Overview:
As a Crew member, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Spring & Fall Cleanups, you will assist in the daily operations of our lawn cutting crew. You will be responsible for assisting a team of lawn care professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, lawn preparation, trimming, and garden bed cleaning to get properties ready for spring or winter.
Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, or plows. Ensure safe and effective snow removal, especially during winter storms.
- Ice Management: Apply ice melt or salt to surfaces as needed to prevent slip hazards and ensure clear paths for customers.
- Salting : Assist with salting or sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces to improve traction and safety.
- General Maintenance:
Perform general maintenance and property upkeep tasks as needed, providing support for other team members and addressing client requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required. We are happy to provide on-the-job training!
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Able to communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions.
Knowledge of and commitment to safety practices, especially when using ladders, power equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
- Transportation to and from our yard is required
