Integrated Rehab is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. We are a privately owned occupational therapy and counselling practice providing community-based assessment and rehabilitation services throughout Calgary and surrounding areas, including virtual services cross-provincially.
Our therapists work with individuals facing complex barriers returning to everyday life and meaningful work. We value critical thinking, clinical reasoning and individualized care. This role offers significant flexibility and autonomy while providing the opportunity to work with a highly diverse caseload within a team of highly experienced OTs. Services are delivered in our Calgary clinic, clients' homes, workplaces and community settings, with opportunities for hybrid work depending on the caseload.

- Post concussion symptoms
- Chronic pain and fatigue
- Neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism)
- Functional neurological conditions
- Exposure-based rehabilitation
- Vocational and return-to-work rehabilitation
Our approach is collaborative, practical and evidence-informed. We believe in providing individualized rehabilitation which helps clients achieve meaningful improvements in work, independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments in clinic, home, workplace or community settings
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Facilitate functional rehabilitation and graded community reintegration
- Develop and implement graduated return-to-work programs
- Complete functional capacity and vocational assessments (experience considered an asset)
- Deliver exposure-based and functional activation interventions where appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, employers, insurers, case managers and other rehabilitation professionals. Attending multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences
- Prepare comprehensive, objective reports outlining assessment findings, treatment progress and recommendations
- Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
- Current Professional Liability Insurance
- Minimum two years of clinical experience as a Registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in community rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, disability management, and mental health, inclusive of exposure therapy, preferred
- Experience working with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, concussion or complex rehabilitation considered an asset
- Experience working with disability insurers, WCB or third-party funders considered an asset
- Valid Alberta driver's licence

Salary and Hours
20 to 40 hours of work per week and days and hours of work are negotiable.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and is negotiable. Salary range provided is based on full-time hours.
