We are seeking a full time Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position is primarily for day shifts, and you must be available for weekday day shifts going into September.
Responsibilities:
- Be reliable and consistent
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
- Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow stocking and cleaning checklists
Experience:
- Previous experience in food preparation, meal preparation
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from superiors
