We are currently looking for a Production Worker operating the roll forming machines for our Regular Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm), Monday to Friday to work at our brand new distribution center located in Calgary, AB (20 High Plains Trail, Balzac, AB). This is a full-time permanent position.
This is a unique opportunity as we will provide training not only on how to operate the roll-forming machinery, but also cross-train suitable candidates to operate material handling equipment (MHE) including Forklift, Reach Truck and Electric Pallet Jack.

What You Will Do
Production Responsibilities
- Perform all duties in accordance with standard operational procedures, ensure service standards, safety, security, schedules, specifications and relevant requirements are met.
- Keep up all records for Produced, Rejected, and Damaged materials like Profiles, Boxes, and Labels
- Assure that the RPO schedule is completed in time
- Advise any receipt discrepancies and suggest operational improvements to production management
- Maintain a constant visual on parts and supplies stored on the shop floor
- Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality
Shipper / Receiver Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound products and move them to designated areas in a safe manner
- Operate Reach Truck, Forklift, and Electric Pallet Jack, use of RF Scanners to process large volumes of outbound order timely and accurately
- Use of software and tracking sheets to record goods shipped and received
- Fill customer orders and deliver them to the dock efficiently according to the company’s standard operating procedures, safety and productivity standards
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors
About You
- You are a self-starter and a team player, reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
- You are safety-oriented, have a strong attention to detail and is willing to learn
- You are able to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with others
- You are able and willing to safely lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis
- Previous experience in a warehouse and/or production facility is an asset
- You can execute duties accurately and safely in a busy warehouse environment
- You are available to work from Monday – Friday, from 6:00am – 2:30pm (Regular Shift)
- You are flexible and be prepared to work in the Production functions during and Shipping Receiving functions based on operational needs and demands
- You are willing to work overtime and/or flexible shifts to support operational needs
