Role Summary
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who can operate as a true generalist across the marketing function while bringing real strength in digital execution. This is a broad, high-visibility role well suited to someone who's comfortable owning day-to-day marketing operations, moving between channels, and turning strategy into shipped work. You'll support campaigns end to end, keep our digital presence sharp, and help bring our brand to life at trade shows and events.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing generalist
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events, keeping projects on schedule and on brand.
- Support the development of marketing collateral — brochures, spec sheets, presentations, signage, and sales enablement materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and assist in evolving brand guidelines as needed.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, printers, and freelancers.
- Help track marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and report on activity and results.
Digital marketing
- Manage and update website content, coordinating with developers or CMS tools to keep pages current and optimized.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, and monitor engagement and community interaction.
- Support email marketing and lead-nurturing programs, including list management, build, and deployment.
- Assist with paid digital campaigns (search and social), landing pages, and basic SEO best practices.
- Pull and interpret performance data (web analytics, social, email, campaign metrics) to inform decisions and surface opportunities.
- Help maintain data hygiene and marketing workflows within the CRM.
Event management
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, home shows, and brand events — booth setup, materials, shipping, scheduling, and on-site support.
- Manage event calendars, registrations, and vendor coordination.
- Support lead capture at events and ensure prospects are properly recorded and followed up.
QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a generalist or coordinator capacity.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in digital marketing (social, email, web, and/or paid media).
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email tools, social schedulers, web analytics).
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a bias toward getting things done.
Preferred / an asset
- Experience coordinating trade shows or live events.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and comfort producing simple assets.
- Experience in a considered-purchase, construction, real estate, or home-building category.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
