Job Description:
Pristine Facility Ltd. is a Calgary cleaning company looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team.
We provide residential cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, and property presentation services. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in careful work, reliability, and high cleaning standards.
Pay:
$21.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Type:
Part-time, with the opportunity for recurring shifts as client volume grows.
Typical Schedule:
We are a 7 day operation so we offer a flexible schedule, especially between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Work Location:
Client properties in Calgary, AB. Most work is within Calgary city limits. Occasional work may be available in nearby communities.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize residential properties, short-term rentals, and move-in/move-out units
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Prepare beds and towels to hotel-style presentation standards
- Restock basic supplies when required
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items
- Take final completion photos when required for job checklists
- Work independently or with another team member depending on the job
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently after training
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced cleaning environment
- Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Willing to learn Pristine Facility’s cleaning and presentation standards
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
- Access to reliable transportation is preferred because work is performed at client properties
