Position Summary
T2K Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to support the ongoing growth of our accounting department. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage financial records in a dynamic business environment across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including general ledger entries
- Perform accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections
- Prepare and reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable deductions and remittances
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external advisors (i.e. auditors, accountants)
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and provincial regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Sage Intacct is preferred; however, candidates with strong experience in other accounting software platforms may also be considered
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Solid understanding of Canadian accounting principles and Manitoba payroll requirements
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
This full-time position is based primarily at the T2K Enterprises office in Oak Bluff, Manitoba in a collaborative, multi-company structure with exposure to diverse industries, and includes regular work at an additional office location in the St. James business area of Winnipeg. Office based environment with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm
