Top2Bottom Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Cleaner / Post-Drywall Cleaner to join our growing team.
This position primarily involves post-drywall cleaning, but successful applicants must also be available to assist with a variety of other construction cleaning tasks throughout the home building process as needed. Every day is a little different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and takes pride in leaving a space spotless.
No experience? No problem! We're happy to train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be DoingPost-Drywall Cleaning
- Cleaning newly constructed homes after drywall installation and sanding
- Scraping excess drywall mud from subfloors and window sills using floor scrapers
- Cleaning newly installed tubs and showers
- Vacuuming floors, window sills, vents, outlets, and other surfaces using a shop vacuum
Other Construction Cleaning
Depending on project needs, you may also assist with:
- Rough construction cleaning
- Final home cleans before homeowner possession
- Touch-up and detail cleaning
- Other construction-related cleaning tasks as assigned
Position Details
- $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
- Primarily daytime hours
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Schedule varies based on construction timelines and workload
- Some days may be full shifts, some half days, and occasional days off
- Most projects are located in Calgary, with occasional work in Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and surrounding areas

- Comfortable working independently and following instructions
- Physically fit and able to bend, lift, scrape, vacuum, and remain on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable working in dusty construction environments
- Strong common sense and problem-solving skills
- Able to navigate new communities where GPS may not always be accurate
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to travel to various job sites
- Previous construction cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00–$20.00 per hour
