Provincial Refrigeration is seeking an organized, driven, and knowledgeable HVAC/R Parts & Warehouse Manager to lead our inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations. This is a key role within our organization, ensuring our service technicians and project teams have the materials, equipment, and support they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and organization
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory audits
- Source and purchase HVAC/R parts, tools, equipment, and consumables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Coordinate material staging, deliveries, and pickups for service and construction teams
- Manage technician truck stock and inventory replenishment programs
- Process purchase orders and track inventory usage
- Handle warranty returns, stock shortages, and obsolete inventory
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
- Support inventory budgeting and cost control initiatives
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and WHMIS compliance
- Maintain SDS documentation and proper material storage procedures
- Continuously improve warehouse and inventory processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and purchasing
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R parts, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with HVAC/R suppliers and wholesale distribution
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with inventory management or ERP software is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety and accountability

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
