Duties
- Design and implement engaging badminton training sessions tailored to various skill levels
- Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies of badminton to individuals and groups
- Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance
- Organize practice drills, friendly matches, and tournaments to encourage skill development and sportsmanship
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities
- Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring the cleanliness of the training area
- Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates players to achieve their personal best
Skills
- Proven experience in teaching badminton
- Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players
- Ability to demonstrate proper techniques and strategies clearly
- Knowledge of safety standards related to sports training environments
- Passion for fostering teamwork, discipline, and confidence among athletes
- Ability to adapt coaching methods for different age groups and skill levels
