Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions through various communication channels
- Manage customer accounts using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Support clients in onboarding and training related to our SaaS platform and financial services offerings
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct analysis of customer data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, or areas for service improvement
- Assist in project management tasks related to customer onboarding, product updates, or service enhancements
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions to ensure consistent support quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or account management within SaaS or financial services industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and how they relate to customer engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience with analysis tools or software is a plus

Pay: $29.75-$40.00 per hour
