The Opportunity
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Representative / Account Coordinator to help nurture our existing leads, support current wholesale customers, and assist with new business development. This is a hands‑on, non‑manager role focused on day‑to‑day relationship management, follow‑up, and sales support—not managing a sales team.
You’ll work closely with the owners to keep our pipeline warm, respond to buyer needs, and help turn interest into repeat orders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and follow up on existing B2B leads and inquiries (email, phone, LinkedIn).
- Maintain and grow relationships with current wholesale buyers (retailers, designers, hotels, professional groups, etc.).
- Coordinate quotes, pricing sheets, and basic proposals using our existing templates.
- Prepare and update sales materials (catalogues, product lists, sample decks).
- Visit local retail stores and clients periodically to introduce products and gather feedback.
- Identify and develop new business accounts through proactive outreach and networking and cold-calling compatible businesses.
- Keep accurate records of contacts, opportunities, and orders in our CRM/tracking tools.
- Support forecasting and inventory planning for B2B accounts (e.g., sharing demand signals, repeat order patterns).
- Work with the internal team to ensure smooth sample shipments and order follow‑through.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B or wholesale sales / account coordination experience (home goods, retail, or consumer products an asset).
- Experience dealing with retail, wholesale, or corporate buyers (e.g., stores, hotels, designers) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with outreach and follow‑up (phone, email, LinkedIn) and keeping things organized in a CRM or spreadsheet.
- Strong communication skills, professional and friendly tone with buyers.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable with follow‑through.
- Able to work independently in a small team, with guidance from the owners.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional local store/client visits.
