Front of House (FOH) Lead – Full-Time & Part-Time

We’re looking for organized, service-driven Front of House team members to help coordinate customer service and keep our operation running smoothly. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless experiences supporting customers, coordinating takeout orders, and ensuring the dining space stays clean, welcoming, and efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating takeout orders from entry to handoff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Packing takeout orders once prepared by the kitchen, verifying quality and completeness
- Supporting customers in-person with questions, orders, and overall experience
- Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth communication and flow of orders
- Assisting with order management systems and ensuring tickets are prioritized appropriately
- Helping maintain an efficient and organized front-of-house operation during busy service periods
- Clearing and resetting tables for customers dining on-site
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of customer seating areas, including tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces
- Supporting overall dining area presentation throughout service and at opening and closing
- Assisting with general upkeep of customer-facing spaces, including maintaining clean and stocked common areas (e.g., rest areas, shared facilities)
- Helping organize and reset the space at the start and end of each day
- Supporting team members as needed to ensure consistent, positive customer experiences
- Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

- Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll train you
