About the Role:
As a CBRE Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials. This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the distribution of internal and external marketing information. This includes print, digital, and media materials. • Create a wide variety of templated, company-branded literature. This includes advertisements, demographic reports, executive summary brochures, and presentation binders. • Update the document library and supplies. • Work with sales professionals, client services, and researchers to identify branding needs. Provide efficient and reliable service to clients. • Gather information to complete projects. Work with management to develop an appropriate strategy for creating marketing and presentation materials. • Respond to proposal requests, track success, and design supporting marketing materials. • Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and communications for new business development. • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $55,000-$60,000 annually.
