MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENCE (TRADING SERVICES or Property Management)
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
MUST LIVE IN OR CLOSE TO VANCOUVER TO BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO AND FROM WORK / APPOINTMENTS.
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF POST REAL ESTAET LICENSING WORK EXPERIENCE.
-Being able to speak another language is an asset.
