Your Role
Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and the highest standards of quality.

Your Work Schedule
- Day shift, primarily remote, with on-site visits to project locations, requiring frequent travel throughout the year.
- This role requires travel of approximately 25% or as required to support site visits and project execution across North American terminals.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collect design requirements and operational parameters and share them with appropriate parties
- Coordinate engineers, contractors, and internal resources for proper project execution
- Respond to any project related questions to keep all parties working as efficiently as possible.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules. Ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements.
- Brainstorm solutions to problems that encountered during facility design and construction.
- Prepare and submit RFPs to prospective suppliers and contractors
What We’re Looking For
- College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- 5–10 years of project management experience in an industrial environment, such as logistics, transportation, warehousing, rail, manufacturing, or construction.
- Familiarity with agricultural transloading, packaging facilities, or container terminal operations is considered a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, construction standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Excellent decision making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams while meeting deadlines and budget objectives.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
