What You’ll Do
- Drive sales through in-store and outbound sales calls
- Promote mobile plans, devices, accessories, and protection plans
- Maximize revenue through multi-line activations and value-adds
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Accurately process activations and transactions using telecom systems
What We’re Looking For
- Telecom sales experience required (TELUS, Rogers, Bell, or similar preferred)
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and commission-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Commission: Earn commission on gross profit
- Schedule: Full-time, 30–44 hours per week
