What we are looking for in a Lead cook:
Organized, with good time management skills and work ethic
Ready to work in a high pace environment
Capable of communicating and collaborating with peers
Able to memorize recipes and consistently prepare them at a high level of satisfaction for our guests
Collaborating with the Chef and Sous chef
High attention to detail!
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining knowledge of recipes
Assisting with prep
Cooking on line during lunch and dinner service
Setting up and closing down your station, and assisting others with their station
Ensuring cleaning and food is up to standard
collectively working with the Sous chef
Managing labour cost
assisting with weddings
Experience + Qualifications:
At least 3 years of previous experience in a kitchen
FOODSAFE Level 1 is appreciated
