Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of Barber services, including cuts and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote retail sales.
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber Stylist or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
