We are seeking a skilled, results driven and detail-oriented Conversion Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing machine performance, improving production efficiency, and supporting product changeovers for liner applications. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality output while minimizing downtime and material waste.
Nice to Have:
Experience in flexible packaging or plastic manufacturing
