Job Description – Supervisor
Hours of Work – able to work a flexible schedule at a minimum of 16 hours a week. Availability must include weekends and evenings.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to our customers, maintain a clean and organized store/work space. To lead by example and give direction to other members of the team to ensure smooth operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Supervisor will be required to carry out but not limited to the following duties within the store.
- All Store Clerk duties (as outlined in the Store Clerk job description)
- Run shifts to ensure day to day deadlines are met;
- Ensure all staff are following Company Policies & Procedures;
- Delegate tasks to team members;
- Follow-up to ensure team has completed the required tasks for their shift;
- Daily paperwork;
- Finding other staff members to over shifts in the event of sickness or other absence;
- Receive & check incoming stock;
- Inventory counts as directed;
- Listen and respond to customer complaints (escalating complaint to Store Manager if necessary);
- Take responsibility for your shift and ensure all shift tasks are completed
- Training new & existing employees;
- Other duties are directed.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
