Shunt Driver / General Labourer
Location: Stoney Creek, ON
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available after 44 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking AZ Shunt Driver / General Labourer to join our trailer manufacturing team. This position is a combination of yard shunting, material handling, and production support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving trailers and materials throughout the yard, while also supporting our production team when shunting duties are not required.
Responsibilities:
- Safely move trailers throughout the yard as required
- Perform shunting duties and assist with trailer movement
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Pick up and deliver materials locally from vendors when required
- Load, unload, and organize materials
- Support production operations when shunting duties are not available
- Perform general labor duties on the trailer production line
- Use hand and power tools as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid AZ Driver’s License (required)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Previous experience operating commercial vehicles and moving trailers
- Previous manufacturing, trailer assembly, or general labor experience required
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a production team
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting to 50 lbs
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
