We specialize in countertop fabrication and large slab distribution, serving builders, developers, and contractors across Metro Vancouver.
We are expanding aggressively and looking for a driven, street-smart Outside Sales Representative to dominate construction sites and build long-term builder relationships.
If you are hungry, competitive, and want to build your own territory，this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Visit construction sites daily (cold visits required)
- Build relationships with builders, site supervisors, and project managers
- Generate new accounts in the Builder / Developer market
- Follow up on quotes and close deals
- Develop and own your sales territory
- Work closely with internal production team to ensure project execution
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with cold visits and rejection
- Strong communication skills
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Hindi / Punjabi speaking is an asset
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
- High commission structure (uncapped)
