Summary
We are seeking a Scale Operator to join our team at Recycle West Inc. This position is essential for ensuring accurate measurements and processing of incoming and outgoing materials at our facility. The Scale Operator will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate scale equipment to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all operations.
- Maintain accurate records of weights and transactions for reporting purposes.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient material handling.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on scale equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying material quantities.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Excel.
- High proficiency in computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience as a scale operator or in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$24.36 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
