Office Manager/Pool Service Coordinator
Kenneth Morgan Pools and Landscaping is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager / Pool Service Coordinator to join our team. This role supports daily office operations, schedules pool maintenance and service work, communicates with clients, manages inventory and ordering, and assists with water testing and retail sales. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule daily operations for the Pool Service Division, including maintenance, openings/closings, and service calls.
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory.
- Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Prepare and send weekly and monthly invoices for pool openings/closings, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge to effectively explain features and benefits.
- Handle and follow up on all incoming leads in a timely manner.
- Support management in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Monitor stock levels and place inventory orders as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-5 years of retail experience, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of swimming pool products and services is preferred.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
