Key Responsibilities
Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Accurately process parts orders and ensure timely fulfillment for both retail and internal service needs.
Maintain and organize parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and tracking parts.
Identify and source parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
Handle returns, warranties, and special orders in accordance with dealership procedures.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts availability and workflow efficiency.
Provide pricing, availability, and product information to customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts counter and storage area.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dealership experience in a parts counter or similar role is required.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with dealership systems such as Reynolds & Reynolds is an asset.
Valid Driver’s License is preferred.

Additional Information
Vacancy Status: One (1) existing vacancy available for immediate hire.
Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour (based on experience)
