Job Description
- Full time dispatcher with good customer relation skills.
- Knowledge of fleet logistics, safety regulations, electronic logs and hours of service requirements would be an asset.
- Managing customer orders and arranging trucks, trailers and drivers to facilitate the requirements of the schedule.
- Reacting to changes and adjusting plans in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicating with the garage and mechanics to have equipment scheduled for maintenance.
- Reacting to breakdowns and other challenges within the fleet.
- Training will be provided

- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work with multiple spreadsheets, entering shipment data and manifests.
- Confidence when engaging clients and drivers on the phone.
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks at any given time.
- Able to work under pressure and as a team player.
- High regard for safety.
- Knowledge of ELDs and HOS regulations
- Training provided as required.
