Luxe Decor Global is growing — and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Sales Associate to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, retail execution, and customer programs, with a primary focus on supporting our Home Depot (HD) business. You'll be the connective tissue between our sales team and the rest of the organization — keeping things moving, keeping everyone informed, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll do
Sales support & coordination
- Serve as the liaison between the sales team and internal departments, surfacing key information quickly and accurately
- Support the preparation of RFQs and pitches, working closely with cross-functional partners to compile product and pricing details
- Use internal tools to calculate estimated PDQ/container quantities, run comp shops, and build reverse timelines for Home Depot programs
Retail & HD onboarding
- Enter and maintain items in HD's Flex Portal and Product Information Management (PIM) system
- Complete product onboarding templates, including packaging supplier forms and all required HD documentation
- Support the creation of marketing and transactional materials for new product launches
Orders & inventory
- Coordinate with logistics to manage the arrival of quarterly promotional goods based on HD communications
- Follow up with HD to ensure orders are released on time and quantities align with forecasts
- Manage order exceptions and submit monthly discrepancy disputes through the HD portal
Reporting & administration
- Send weekly HD sales reports using internal reporting tools
- Maintain and update the sales notebook (OneNote) and assist in preparing for meetings
- Take meeting notes and track action items
Field & samples
- Coordinate and deliver product samples to the Innovation Centre and other stakeholders
- Conduct store visits and provide documented photo reports
- Pick up physical samples as needed (valid driver's license required)
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, retail operations, or a related role (internship experience welcome)
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail — this role involves a lot of moving pieces
- Comfortable working with vendor portals, data entry systems, and internal tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable following up with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote); experience with retail portals is a plus
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional sample pickups and store visits
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
