Job Overview
The Teriyaki Experience is looking for a reliable Part-Time Team Member to join our team. This role involves assisting with food preparation, cooking menu items, and operating the cash register.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to support the team during busy hours.
Weekend availability is preferred. Weekday shifts can be flexible, with at least one weekday shift available.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a stable part-time job in a friendly restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items (stir-fry dishes, rice, noodles, etc.)
- Assist with food preparation such as cutting vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Operate the cash register and take customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with opening or closing duties when needed
- Work with team members to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods
Requirements
- Ability to work weekends
- Availability for at least one weekday shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Responsible and punctual
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
