FuturPlus is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Electrical Counter Sales Representative to join our team. This position supports electrical contractors by providing product expertise, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service at the counter and over the phone. The ideal candidate has experience in the electrical distribution industry and a strong understanding of electrical products and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve electrical contractors and customers at the service counter in a professional and efficient manner.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately using the company system.
- Respond to phone inquiries from electrical contractors and provide assistance with product pricing, availability, specifications, and technical information.
- Research and provide product solutions based on customer requirements.
- Assist with maintaining and reviewing open order status reports.
- Support inventory maintenance, inventory reviews, and stock accuracy.
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, applications, and industry terminology.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with order entry systems and inventory management is an asset.

- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
