Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc. is a leading security systems integrator based in Etobicoke, Ontario, providing high-quality security solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients for over 15 years.
We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and technically skilled Technical Support & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys a combination of warehouse coordination, technical support, customer service, and working closely with an experienced operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Operations Team to coordinate, maintain, and organize inventory, equipment, tools, and materials.
· Prepare, pick, and pack orders accurately and efficiently for service technicians based on detailed work orders.
· Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and accuracy, and properly organize materials.
· Coordinate supplier pickups and collect special orders when required.
· Respond to incoming inquiries from customers, technicians, and internal team members in a professional and timely manner.
· Provide remote technical support to existing clients regarding security systems, including:
o Intrusion alarm systems
o Security cameras (CCTV)
o Access control systems
o Intercom systems
o Monitored security services
· Assist technicians with troubleshooting and technical information when required.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and workplace environment according to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
· Perform general maintenance duties related to company vehicles, office, and warehouse facilities.
· Assist with other operational tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role involving technical support, warehouse coordination, inventory management, or the security industry.
· Experience with alarm systems, security cameras, access control, or low-voltage systems is an asset.
· Valid Full G Driver’s License with a clean driving record is mandatory.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
· Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
· Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
