Job Description
As a vital member of our team, Total Tire Distributors Inc. is seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate to build on our established reputation of integrity, dedication, and service to join our Ottawa Warehouse. As an ideal candidate, you will have the ability to work in a physically demanding environment while ensuring the needs of our customers are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Daily shipping/receiving and delivering of tires.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport tires to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using proper lifting techniques
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to meet customer expectations
- Maintains order and cleanliness in warehouse.
- Complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Able to operate vehicle and all equipment in a safe manner.
- Familiar with safety practices.
- Preparing inventory for monthly counts.
- Pick inventory from the floor and various heights (with appropriate equipment/PPE).
Requirements:
- Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout your shift. You may be required to work in extreme weather conditions (with appropriate PPE).
- Forklift experience is considered an asset (we will train the successful applicant)
- Must have a valid class G Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Ability to contribute and adhere to a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work hard.

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
