Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly organized Support Specialist to join our team in Brampton. This is a full-time, office-based position located at 7700 Hurontario Street. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to clients and internal teams, resolve inquiries efficiently, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth operation of daily business activities.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product, service, and account support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and case notes.
- Process customer requests, updates, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Track and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing account guidance.
- Prepare reports and maintain support-related documentation.
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with office administrative duties as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional workplace environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Customer Service, or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM or customer support software is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $22.40-$26.40 per hour
