The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent presumably with experience; however the Employer is willing to train the candidate. Preference will be given to experienced Technicians.
The Candidate will work primarily by themselves on various construction projects performing Quality Control Testing through inspections and testing of material products such as concrete, soils and aggregates, asphalt. Quality Management Plans developed in house are built for our clients and implemented on-site. New Testing and Inspection protocols are being implemented as our company grows to meet the demands in our industry. Excellent communication skills are needed to schedule and meet with clients on site to review testing results. During the peak construction season candidates can expect some long hours, possible night shifts, and the candidates should be available to work out of town for some periods. A moderate amount of daily driving to project sites can be expected. Employer will provide Laptop and software to perform daily reporting of test results. Compensation will be paid by employer to use vehicle for site visits as well as a mobile phone allowance. PM Technical provides constant support and growth of Skill building and development to its family of employees.
