Job Summary
We are hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team servicing over 150+ Airbnb properties across Ontario, with a strong focus in the Muskoka region (Huntsville and surrounding areas).
This is a flexible, on-call position ideal for individuals who want either consistent hours or occasional work. You must be comfortable with last-minute bookings, schedule changes, and fast-paced turnovers.
Pay
- Starting at $19/hour
- Performance-based increases available (higher pay for strong efficiency, quality, and reliability)
What You’ll Do
- Perform full Airbnb turnover cleans (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
- Change and reset linens, restock essentials, and stage properties for incoming guests
- Maintain high cleaning standards under time-sensitive conditions
- Report damages, missing items, or issues to management
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on the property
Work Structure
- Flexible scheduling – work as much or as little as you want
- On-call shifts based on bookings
- Must be available for last-minute jobs and occasional cancellations
- Busy season offers consistent, daily work for those available

- Port Carling
- MacTier
- Port Sydney
- Lake of Bays
- Brechin
- Little Britain
- Surrounding Muskoka areas
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Physically capable of handling cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
- Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
- Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
