Your Opportunity
Rise is seeking a highly organized and resourceful professional to provide coordination services to our programs team as a Bilingual Women+ Program Coordinator from July 2026 to April 2027. Reporting to the training programs manager, this is an exciting opportunity to help our small but mighty team deliver results and impact for our Women+ Entrepreneurship Program. This is a contract opportunity, with an estimated part-time commitment of approximately 28 hours per week over the course of the contract. Due to the nature of our work, there will be periods where more or less time will be required.
Our training programs form an integral element of our offering and are often the first exposure to entrepreneurship for many of our clients. Specifically, we’re looking for a driven candidate with a client first mentality to take charge of the logistical and outreach rollout for the Women+ Entrepreneurship
Program’s cohorts and activities across Canada. Dealing with concurrent projects and a positive attitude to getting the job done are critical expectations for the successful candidate.2
In addition to program coordination responsibilities, the successful candidate will support the marketing team’s efforts in representing the Rise brand, voice, and online presence across our website and social media channels. This will also include outreach activities with key identified communities, including Francophones and the Prairies.
Conducting outreach to drive recruitment and supporting marketing initiatives in both official languages is essential to this role. By keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and creating a welcoming environment for learning, the bilingual women+ program coordinator will be integral to the success of Rise’s high-impact Women+ Entrepreneurship Program, which is helping to change lives for gender-diverse people nationwide.
