What You'll Do
As our Receptionist & Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Provide customers with order and tracking information and route inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Welcome visitors and ensure they receive prompt and courteous assistance.
- Respond to customer questions regarding orders, payments, refunds, and general product inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process dealer credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable through email communication.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed call logs.
- Support technical support documentation and customer inquiry tracking.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of company products and services.
